Children's Discovery Museum

The kids and I enjoyed a fun day at the Discovery Museum, running around, experimenting, playing.  The boys tested their strength pulling 2 giant weights up with a rope pulley.  Naomi got to dig for mammoth bones and make her first painting (and eat paint).  The boys got to create and build things out of cardboard and tape.  But we all had the most fun playing in the TapeScape!  An awesome cave-type play area made completely of packing tape.  That's it!  Tunnels and tubes created out of tape.  The kids had so much fun slipping, sliding and bouncing around.  After the busy day at the museum we ended up at Baskin Robbins for big ol' ice creams.  I love when the boys have days off from school and getting to spend quality time with my kids.
