Making families

I used to line up my stuffed animals into families. A dad, mom, babies...in order of biggest to smallest.  I even did it to displays in toy stores and department stores. The workers were never too happy when they would find their displays rearranged. My grandparents thought it was the funniest thing though.
At lunch today Julian happened to get a teeny tiny grape on his plate. Of course it was "sooo cute." Too cute to eat.  He picked out more grapes in different sizes to make a grape family. When I asked him about it he told me the grape family is made up of a dad, mom, 2 brothers and a baby sister.

Naomi gets a GOLD medal for walking!

There has been monumental progress over here!  Naomi has been taking a step or two for about a month and a half now.  She's been absolutely happy just cruising along holding on to someones hand, leg, the couch, toys, whatever she can grab on to as a means to get around.  Yesterday she got a little brave and took 3 steps outside on the grass.  But today, whoa today!  Talk about going for the gold!  Check it out for yourself!!

Another Disneyland Trip...

Well we took the plunge.  We decided we go to Disneyland frequently enough to purchase annual passes.  So I'm sure this won't be the last post by a long shot featuring a trip to Disneyland.  Radiator Springs was awesome…regardless of the 2 hour wait at 8am when the park opened, jeesh.  The Racers were so fun!  Next time we want to get on Luigi's Flying Tires!  New rides the boys went on this trip: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Radiator Springs Racers, Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, Grizzly River Run (Noah) and the Matterhorn Bobsleds (Noah).  


I'll try to keep the "family vacation slideshow" to a minimum amount of bore.  (:
