First we had to make a few pit stops to look for allergy medicine and sunglasses for Leo. Then we grabbed lunch at a little shop called The Creamery - best salami sandwich EVER! We made one more stop at theDugout Store so Leo could pick out a birthday present - he got a new hat! It was a beautiful day at the park and we were able to enjoy the game in our seats in the shade. We had sundaes and churros and cheered and clapped and sang during the 7th inning stretch.
By the 8th inning we packed it up and took a walk around the park, stopping at the kids area so the boys could go down the slide. When the game ended (Giants-4, Padres-1!!) we rushed out the gates and got in line for the kids to run the bases. We actually made it on the field this time and Noah ran the bases 2 times! Julian ran to second base, then back to first, then started to head out the gates. I had to track him down and he was upset he couldn't ride the tractor that was going to mow the grass. Melt down time! Once he was offered a lollipop from a stadium worker he was happy again.
Fun was had by all and hopefully we can go again soon!

Can I just say. You guys are friggin adorable. Love families that are not afraid to head out there and have some fun!
(: Thanks Laurie! We love doing things together, but sometimes it sure takes a lot of effort just to get out of the house! Everyone had fun today so that made it all worthwhile!
